What happens if a product is marked in-stock but is out of stock after placing the order?
If the Marketplace indicates a product is in-stock and it turns out to be unavailable after placing the order, we will refund you 100% of the product cost, excluding any fees. Please note that cancellations requested may not be eligible for a full refund, as the approval of the cancellation is solely at the discretion of the Marketplace seller and is not guaranteed.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my order before it ships from the Marketplace?
If you cancel your order before it is shipped by the Marketplace seller, we will work with the seller to cancel and refund the order. We will then refund you 100% of the amount the seller refunds to us, excluding a purchasing fee of 10% per product cost. Please note that cancellations requested may not be eligible for a full refund, as the approval of the cancellation is solely at the discretion of the Marketplace seller and is not guaranteed.

What if I need a refund after the product has been shipped to Dropast warehouse?
You can request a refund after the product has arrived at Dropast's warehouse. We will refund you 100% of the amount received from the Marketplace seller, minus a purchasing fee of 10% per product. A 35 RMB return shipping fee per item will also be charged, which will be deducted from your Dropast account balance in advance. Please be aware that the approval of the return and refund depends solely on the Marketplace seller and is not guaranteed, so a partial or full refund may not always be possible.

What if the seller sends the wrong product?
If the wrong product is sent to our warehouse, we will refund you 100% of the Marketplace product cost, excluding fees. A 35 RMB product return shipping fee will also apply.

What happens if my international package is lost in transit?
We will refund 100% of the Marketplace product cost and the total international shipping cost, excluding product fees and VAT/Tax, if your package is lost in transit.

What if a different product than ordered is delivered to the final user?
If a product different in color, size, or model is delivered, we refund you 100% of the Marketplace product cost and the total international shipping cost, excluding product fees and VAT/Tax.

Will I receive a refund if the international package is not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address?
No, refunds are not issued for packages undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or if refused by the consignee.

What if the international package is delivered damaged?
We do not issue refunds for packages that are delivered damaged.

What happens if my package is confiscated by customs due to product restrictions?
No refund will be issued if a package is confiscated by customs due to product restrictions.

Will I get a refund if my package is delayed in delivery?
No, delays in delivery do not qualify for refunds.

What if the tracking shows the package as "delivered" but the consignee claims it was not received?
We do not issue refunds if the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered, regardless of the consignee’s claim.

Can I return a product if I don't like it once it's delivered?
No, we do not issue refunds simply because the consignee does not like the product after delivery.
