- If you request a product refund after Dropast has placed your order in Taobao but the product has not yet been shipped out by the Taobao seller, we refund you 100% of the Taobao product cost (excl. Fee). Keep in mind that not all Taobao sellers refund 100% of the product cost after 7 days from the order date.
